Panelist Bios:
Angel Rogers has held many positions in the industry with an emphasis on education and training. She was with National CORE in Rancho Cucamonga for eleven years; first as a Community Manager for their flagship property, Mountainside, and then spent four years as their Education Manager, being recognized and receiving several awards along the way including “Employee of the Year – Spirit and Enthusiasm”. Angel brings more than 25 years of experience in multifamily housing and training, along with a deep commitment to participant success. She understands how to move individuals from training into real opportunity, and she has a way of connecting with people that builds confidence and opens doors. Most recently Angel Rogers has agreed to serve as Senior Training Facilitator for both our property management program and our hospitality track. Angel has been part of CORE Academy from the very beginning, helping shape what it is today, and there is no one more fitting to guide our next chapter.
Kristy Kelley is a seasoned property management and multifamily industry professional with extensive experience supporting rental housing owners, operators, and management teams throughout Southern California. She currently serves as Sales Executive for the Greater Inland Empire at InterSolutions, a leading provider of property management staffing and workforce solutions. Kristy previously worked with the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), giving her a strong understanding of the operational, staffing, and industry challenges facing today’s rental housing professionals.
Patti “Widget” is the founder of Widget’s Way and a Southern California property management professional with more than 25 years of industry experience. She also serves as a property management expert for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), helping rental housing providers navigate operational challenges, tenant issues, compliance, and day-to-day management decisions. Her background includes residential portfolio and regional management, evictions, tenant disputes, and experience working within a landlord-tenant law firm.
