An Important Message from Daniel Yukelson Chief Executive and Executive Director of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles

Thank You for Joining Us at IPME 2025!

On behalf of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, I want to express our thanks and gratitude for joining us at the annual Income Property Management Expo at the Pasadena Convention Center. Your support for this year’s event helps us to further our mission to bring real, lasting change and relief from the regulatory hurdles currently faced by California’s rental housing providers.

We still have a great deal of work ahead of us! Every year, we as housing providers seemingly face a barrage of new and challenging local and state regulations that further restrict our ability to control our properties, limit our income, increase our business risks and costs, and greatly reduce our property values.

However, with your help and contributions, your participation in and support of our advocacy efforts, we can see light at the end of the tunnel – we can and will overcome these obstacles. We can prevail and turn the current tide against us.

Join us and help us to take the steps needed to make lasting impact and effect change. Please!…consider making a generous contribution to help us support great candidates who understand the needs of rental housing providers. Help us to initiate bold progress in our city and state governments and reduce regulatory constraints so that we have a chance to continue providing badly needed housing here in California.
