The Income Property Management Expo (IPME) brings together rental property owners, managers, and industry professionals for a full day of practical education. We’re looking for speakers who can help attendees run better properties, from navigating new laws and rent regulations to maintenance, financing, leasing and technology.


Whether you’d like to lead a seminar, host a hands-on workshop, or join a panel, we’d love to hear your idea. Strong sessions are educational rather than promotional and leave attendees with takeaways they can put to use right away.
