Adding to this year’s event, IPME Inland Empire will host the inaugural Income Property Management Awards (IPMAs), presented by the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA). This new program is designed to recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations shaping the future of rental housing across the Inland Empire. From on-site professionals and maintenance teams to executive leadership and innovative companies, the awards will spotlight those delivering measurable results, elevating resident experiences, and setting new standards for operational excellence. 

IPMA categories will recognize a wide range of contributions across the property management spectrum, including leadership, operational performance, resident services, maintenance excellence, innovation in technology, and community impact. Whether it’s a regional manager driving portfolio performance, a maintenance supervisor ensuring properties operate safely and efficiently, or a company introducing new systems that streamline operations—the IPMAs are designed to capture the full scope of what excellence looks like in today’s rental housing environment.

Importantly, the IPMAs also serve as a unifying moment for the Inland Empire housing community.
