Winners will be announced at the IPMA Ceremony & Reception, hosted at the Income Property Management Expo on Wednesday, September 23rd, at the Ontario Convention Center.

The IPMAs are presented by the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and sponsored in part by Fast Eviction Service.

Nominations are now open, and industry professionals across the Inland Empire are encouraged to participate. If you know an individual, team, or organization that exemplifies leadership, performance, and professionalism in rental housing, now is the time to put their achievements in the spotlight. Self-nominations are also welcome.

To ensure a fair and meaningful recognition program, all eligible award categories are judged within property size classifications based on the total number of residential units managed or owned. This allows professionals overseeing smaller portfolios to compete alongside their peers—not against organizations managing hundreds or thousands of units.
