Introducing the Inaugural Income Property Management Awards (IPMAs)
Presented by the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and the Law Offices of William M. Nassar | Hosted by the Inland Empire Income Property Management Expo (IPME) at the Ontario Convention Center.
On September 23rd at the Ontario Convention Center, the Inland Empire rental housing community will come together for a landmark moment—the debut of the Income Property Management Awards, presented by the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and the Law Offices of William M. Nassar. Hosted in conjunction with the Inland Empire Income Property Management Expo (IPME), this inaugural awards program is designed to spotlight the individuals, teams, and organizations redefining excellence across the region’s rental housing industry.
This new program is designed to recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations shaping the future of rental housing across the Inland Empire. From on-site professionals and maintenance teams to executive leadership and innovative companies, the awards will spotlight those delivering measurable results, elevating resident experiences, and setting new standards for operational excellence.
IPMA categories will recognize a wide range of contributions across the property management spectrum, including leadership, operational performance, resident services, maintenance excellence, innovation in technology, and community impact. Whether it’s a regional manager driving portfolio performance, a maintenance supervisor ensuring properties operate safely and efficiently, or a company introducing new systems that streamline operations—the IPMAs are designed to capture the full scope of what excellence looks like in today’s rental housing environment.
Importantly, the IPMAs also serve as a unifying moment for the Inland Empire housing community. At a time when the industry continues to navigate policy shifts, economic pressures, and evolving tenant expectations, this event offers an opportunity to step back and recognize what’s working—what’s exceptional—and who is leading the way.
Call for Nominations
Nominations are now open, and industry professionals across the Inland Empire are encouraged to participate. If you know an individual, team, or organization that exemplifies leadership, performance, and professionalism in rental housing, now is the time to put their achievements in the spotlight. Self-nominations are also welcome.
To ensure a fair and meaningful recognition program, all eligible award categories are judged within property size classifications based on the total number of residential units managed or owned. This allows professionals overseeing smaller portfolios to compete alongside their peers—not against organizations managing hundreds or thousands of units.
Unit Count Classifications:
- 1–74 Units
- 75–199 Units
- 200–499 Units
- 500+ Units
Help us recognize the people behind the performance—the professionals who set the standard and raise the bar for the entire industry.
Conference Schedule (Coming Soon...)
The producers of the Income Property Management Expo (IPME) are proud to announce the expansion of the industry’s premier event for rental housing providers into the Inland Empire. On September 23, 2026, the Ontario Convention Center will host this landmark gathering, offering property owners, investors, and managers an unparalleled opportunity to connect, learn, and prepare for the rapidly changing rental housing landscape.
Our Speakers
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
